It was suggested to me by a Govt body to contact a few Providers on their list. On the top was "Home Caring South Perth," being budget centred and based on the many 5* feedback it has received so far.I consider myself very lucky to be taken care of with my Govt funded HCP by Home Caring South Perth. As soon as I contacted the General Manager, Harold Wilkinson, he assured me that my needs would be cared for to the very best they could, together with Cristelle.Having a lung condition, my Domestic Assistance services require specific needs. True to his word, the help I am receiving is from a lovely lady who totally understands the concept of my needs, named Belinda. It's such a relief for an elderly to know that this Provider truly has our well-being at heart. Not to mention the regular rostering of the DA services with the same staff member, which is often lacking from other providers. We, elderly normally thrive on regularity and HC-SP surely delivers.My transport was also taken care of in a swift manner, and it's wonderful how efficient, flexible, and transparent HC-SP truly is. I immediately felt my shoulders feeling so much lighter, considering the experiences I had with my former HCP Provider.I look forward to receiving many more services, organised by HC-SP as my needs arise, and I trust I will not be disappointed.Here's hoping HC-SP will continue to grow, based on their very principles such as transparency and good communication as I would most definitely recommend HC-SP to anyone looking to be cared for in a respectful, professional and personal manner.I surely hope to remain with them for many years to come. I am writing this review to say how much I appreciate South Perth home caring, Harry and Christal have been amazing with me, they have provided me with home care service which I need. They have provided me with cleaning and gardening podiatrist and physio, they also take me shopping. I am 85 years old and my needs are getting more as I get older. I would highly recommend them as their service is beyond brilliant.

I am a care giver to my 91 year old mum who suffers COPD and other ailments, we were using another provider which was not really suitable to our needs and their staff turn over was appealing you never knew who you was talking to. Since we have changed to Home Caring, the service we have received is outstanding and we couldn't be happier, Harold who deals with my mum has been brilliant. I highly recommend them as I am shocked at the high level of professionalism and knowledge and promptness of their services I required for mum.
